What to put in your first message
A short description of your situation lets the coordinator suggest realistic options straight away:
- Who is applying: a pupil after 9th grade, a school leaver after high school, a bachelor's graduate going for a master's.
- Country and year of finishing school or university — this determines the documents and the recognition procedure.
- Field or profession you are interested in; language of study — Slovak or English.
- Timing: which academic year you plan to start (see the 2027 deadlines).
- Living budget — the cost-of-living calculator gives a rough figure.
Not sure where to start? Just write "I want to study in Slovakia" and your country. Answers to common questions are collected in the FAQ.
Partners, schools and media
For cooperation (schools, language courses, education agencies, publications) e-mail smart.study.slovakia@gmail.com with the subject "Partnership". Questions about personal data go to the same address; the procedure is described in the privacy policy.
FAQ
Can I come to the office without an appointment?
It is better to write in advance on Telegram or WhatsApp and agree on a time — coordinators are often at universities or the notary. A consultation can also be held online by video call.
How much does a consultation cost?
The first consultation is an introduction to your situation: what to file, where and when. The coordinator quotes the terms and price of full support after the review, once the amount of work is clear.
How fast do you reply?
On messengers — usually within a working day. If the matter is urgent (an application deadline, a visa), say so in your first message — such requests are handled first.
Fill in the form below — a coordinator will contact you the way you choose.
